Orders are automatically added to your order overview with a Padgin webshop integration. However, there might be cases where customers call later to modify an order. Additionally, you might have an in-store sale and want to manually add the order to Dock.
This can be done using 'edit order'. Add the products, product items, attributes, discounts, deposits, (internal) notes, and customer information so that Dock can generate the corresponding PDFs and email the customer the necessary order status.
