Forms are important for gathering information from your customers. The kind of information you want varies greatly depending on the situation.

Dock provides a standard form in Blockbuilder. You can also create your own under the "forms" section. When creating forms, you benefit from the Blockbuilder again. After assembling your form, you can set where the form should be emailed and where responses should be directed. This way, you have complete flexibility.
